Welcome to the Virginia Hill Water Supply Corporation Community. To apply for service, please contact our office between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday at (903) 675-7487 to have a Service Application packet mailed to you.
The cost of a standard (5/8" x 3/4" ) meter installation is $2,360.00.
ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER(S) THAT IS (ARE) LISTED ON THE RECORDED DEED TO THE PROPERTY.
Once you have completed the Service Application packet, mail the completed and signed documents, a copy of your RECORDED Warranty Deed and the meter installation fee to our office. We must have original signatures so we are unable to accept a faxed or emailed copy of the completed forms.
